Ed Hirzel and Daughter Complete Bataan Memorial Death March in New Mexico

Last month, our very own Ed Hirzel and his 11-year-old daughter Juliette completed the 26.2 mile Bataan Memorial Death March at the White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico. Ed, a veteran of the US Army Infantry Branch, was a part of the heavy division which required him to carry at least 35-pound rucksack, whereas Juliette is an 11-year-old who was among the youngest to complete the marathon. “Both of us will remember this for the rest of our lives,” Ed stated.
